We work with individuals, couples, families and groups.


We work with people who feel unhappy, anxious, dissatisfied, or confused by their current life situations. Often the focus of the distress can be traced to difficulties with romance, friendships, family relationships, work adjustment or stress in general, but sometimes there is an underlying mood, anxiety, or cognitive disorder that has made life inexplicably difficult. And then, there are those that are dealing with debilitating disease.
